2022 Winter Edition

The San Antonio Alumnae Chapter affiliated five new sisters on Oct. 3, 2021. We are excited to see our chapter grow during these unprecedented times. In December 2021, the chapter partnered with the Heart Need Arts organization and went caroling. We visited patients of the Northeast Methodist Hospital, singing Christmas classics like Angels we have Heard on High and Frosty, the Snowman. This is an annual service project we enjoy doing especially after not being able to do so at the height of the pandemic in 2020.

On Jan. 23, 2022, sisters attended the Kappa A Province Day hosted by the Lambda Lambda chapter at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. While we were not able to physically be together, it was a joyous day to see familiar and new faces from our province. Special guest, Leslie Odom Miller was in attendance, creating a closer bond with the chapters and national headquarters. We talked about ways to further improve our sisterhood and the upcoming national convention. We look forward to meetings, fundraisers, sisterhood, and music in the coming year!
